Terms of Service

These Terms of Service govern your purchase of and access to the Winning Wrong Intensive and any related products or services offered by Pivot Transformation (“we,” “us,” or “our”). By completing a purchase, you agree to be bound by these Terms. Please read them carefully before buying.

The Product

The Winning Wrong Intensive is a 21-day digital program consisting of four instruments: The Compass (a reading tool delivered as a digital download), The Map (a 21-day workbook delivered as a digital download), The Reset (a sequence of 23 emails delivered over 21 days), and the Maxwell DISC Growth Report (a behavioral profile delivered via a unique link and code on Day 4 of the program).

All products are delivered digitally. Nothing physical will be shipped. Delivery is by email to the address provided at checkout.

Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old to purchase this product. By completing a purchase, you represent that you meet this requirement.

Payment

The current price for the Winning Wrong Intensive is $147. Payment is due in full at the time of purchase. We accept all major credit and debit cards. All transactions are processed securely through our third-party payment provider. By purchasing, you authorize us to charge the full amount to your selected payment method.

All prices are in US dollars. You are responsible for any applicable taxes in your jurisdiction.

Refund Policy

To request a refund within the 72-hour window, email billing@winningwrong.com with your order details. Refunds are processed within 5–10 business days depending on your financial institution.

Because this is a digital product delivered immediately upon purchase, we are unable to offer refunds outside the 72-hour window under any circumstances.

Intellectual Property

All content included in the Winning Wrong Intensive — including The Compass, The Map, The Reset email sequence, frameworks, language, and all associated materials — is the intellectual property of Pivot Transformation and is protected by copyright.

Your purchase grants you a personal, non-transferable license to use these materials for your own individual use. You may not:

• Share, distribute, reproduce, or resell any part of the program
• Use the content for commercial purposes, including coaching, training, or consulting
• Create derivative works based on the frameworks or materials without written permission

Unauthorized use of our intellectual property may result in termination of your access and legal action.

Disclaimer

The Winning Wrong Intensive is an educational and personal development program. It is not therapy, mental health counseling, financial advice, or medical advice. The frameworks and tools offered are intended to support reflection and self-directed growth.

Results will vary based on individual effort, life circumstances, and other factors outside our control. We make no guarantees regarding specific outcomes from participation in the program.

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Pivot Transformation shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or related to your use of the Winning Wrong Intensive. Our total liability to you for any claim arising from your purchase shall not exceed the amount you paid for the product.

Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Georgia, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes arising under these Terms shall be resolved in the courts located in Georgia, and you consent to personal jurisdiction in that venue.

Changes to These Terms

We reserve the right to update these Terms at any time. When we do, we will update the effective date at the top of this page. Your continued use of the program following any update constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you have an active purchase at the time of any material change, we will notify you by email.
