These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of winningwrong.com (the "Site"), the Winning Wrong Diagnostic, and related content and services operated by Pivot Transformation ("we," "us," or "our"). By accessing or using the Site, you agree to be bound by these Terms.
By accessing the Site, completing the Winning Wrong Diagnostic, or subscribing to any communications, you confirm that you are at least 18 years of age and agree to these Terms in full. If you do not agree, do not use the Site.
The Site provides educational and self-reflective content, including the Winning Wrong Diagnostic — a self-assessment tool that identifies behavioral patterns and alignment archetypes based on your responses.
The diagnostic identifies patterns related to alignment and direction — not clinical conditions. References to experiences such as depression, anxiety, burnout, or imposter syndrome are used in context to distinguish between clinical conditions and alignment-based experiences. These references are not diagnoses and should not be treated as substitutes for professional medical or mental health evaluation.

All content on the Site — including but not limited to the Winning Wrong framework, the Winning Wrong Diagnostic, archetype names and descriptions (Performer, Survivor, Chaser, Protector, Drifter, Integrated), misdiagnosis frameworks, the Seven Dimensions of Alignment, written content, page design, and the phrase "Winning Wrong" as used in this context — is the intellectual property of Pivot Transformation and Terrance Campbell.
You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works from, publicly display, or commercially use any content from this Site without prior written permission from Pivot Transformation.
You are welcome to share links to the Site and reference your personal diagnostic results in non-commercial contexts (e.g., social media posts, personal conversations). When referencing the framework publicly, please credit Pivot Transformation and link to winningwrong.com.
Your diagnostic result is generated algorithmically based on your responses to 20 questions. Results reflect the pattern most consistent with your answers at the time of completion. They are not permanent labels, comprehensive profiles, or clinical assessments.
Results may vary if you retake the diagnostic at a different time. Pivot Transformation makes no guarantee that your result will be accurate, complete, or applicable to your specific situation. Interpret your results as a starting point for reflection — not a conclusion.

By submitting your email address through the diagnostic, you consent to receive email communications from Pivot Transformation, including your diagnostic results, the Alignment Reset email sequence related to your archetype, and periodic communications about Pivot Transformation services and offerings.
You may unsubscribe from email communications at any time using the unsubscribe link included in every email. Unsubscribing will not affect access to content already delivered.
Pivot Transformation operates additional services, including the Damascus Drive community and private advisory engagements, which may be referenced on the Site. These services are governed by their own terms and conditions, provided at the point of purchase or enrollment. Nothing on this Site constitutes a binding offer for paid services.
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Pivot Transformation, its founder, officers, employees, and affiliates shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from or related to your use of the Site, the diagnostic, or any content provided.
This includes, without limitation, damages arising from reliance on diagnostic results, decisions made based on content on the Site, or any failure or delay in service availability.
