This Privacy Policy describes how Pivot Transformation ("we," "us," or "our") collects, uses, and protects information when you visit winningwrong.com (the "Site"), take the Winning Wrong Diagnostic, or interact with any related services.

By using the Site, you agree to the practices described in this policy. If you do not agree, please discontinue use of the Site.

1. Information We Collect

INFORMATION YOU PROVIDE

Email address. When you complete the Winning Wrong Diagnostic, we ask for your email address before delivering your results. This is the only personal information we request directly.

Diagnostic responses. Your answers to the 20-question diagnostic are used to calculate your archetype result. Your individual answers are not stored on our servers — only the resulting archetype and score are transmitted alongside your email address.

INFORMATION COLLECTED AUTOMATICALLY

Analytics and tracking data. We use Google Tag Manager (GTM) to manage analytics and marketing tags on the Site. Through GTM, we may deploy:

• Google Analytics — for understanding traffic patterns, page views, and user behavior
• Meta (Facebook) Pixel — for advertising measurement and retargeting
• Additional marketing pixels — for advertising platforms we may use (e.g., AdRoll, LinkedIn Insight Tag)

These tools may collect information including your IP address, browser type, device information, pages visited, time on site, referring URL, and interactions with site elements. This data is collected through cookies and similar technologies.

2. How We Use Your Information

We use the information we collect to:

• Deliver your diagnostic results and archetype identification
• Send follow-up emails related to your archetype result (the Alignment Reset email sequence)
• Provide information about Pivot Transformation services, including Damascus Drive and advisory offerings
• Analyze site traffic and user behavior to improve the Site experience
• Run and measure advertising campaigns
• Comply with legal obligations

We do not sell your personal information to third parties.

3. Third-Party Services

Your email address and diagnostic result are transmitted to our customer relationship management platform, GoHighLevel (GHL), via a secure webhook. GHL processes and stores this data on our behalf for email delivery and contact management.

We may also share data with the following categories of third-party services:

• Analytics providers (e.g., Google Analytics) — to understand how visitors use the Site
• Advertising platforms (e.g., Meta, Google Ads) — to measure and optimize ad performance
• Hosting provider (Netlify) — to serve the Site reliably and securely

4. Cookies and Tracking Technologies

The Site uses cookies and similar technologies (pixels, local storage) to:
