• Process refund requests within the 72-hour window

Email Communications

When you purchase the Winning Wrong Intensive, you are enrolled in The Reset — a 23-email sequence delivered over 21 days. This is a core component of the product you purchased, not optional marketing, and will begin the day after purchase.

After the program concludes, we may send periodic emails about future offers or content. You can unsubscribe from these at any time using the link at the bottom of any email. Unsubscribing from marketing emails does not affect delivery of the program emails if you are currently enrolled.

Third-Party Services

We use trusted third-party platforms to operate our business, including email delivery, payment processing, and assessment delivery. These services may receive your information only as necessary to fulfill their function. They are not permitted to use your information for any other purpose.

The Maxwell DISC Growth Report is delivered via PeopleKeys. When you complete the assessment, PeopleKeys’ own privacy practices also apply to your assessment data.

Data Retention

We retain your information for as long as necessary to deliver the product, process any refund requests, and maintain records required for our business operations. You may request deletion of your personal information at any time by contacting us at the address below. Note that we may retain transaction records as required by law.

Your Rights
