A group experience built to answer the question that discipline alone never answers.

Each week works through one law from John Maxwell's 15 Laws of Growth — selected specifically because it exposes the gap between effort and alignment. Not to give answers. To create clarity about where the real problem lives.

The cohort is intentionally small. The work requires real conversation. A room where everyone has felt what you've felt — and is finally ready to name it — is a different kind of room than most high performers ever find themselves in.

By week four, something shifts. The pattern becomes visible. And for those who see it, the next step becomes obvious.

The Four Sessions

Each session exposes a layer. By week four, the full picture is visible.

Week 01
Law of Intentionality

Growth requires deliberate effort — but intentionality pointed in the wrong direction compounds the problem, not the solution. Your effort isn't the issue. Your aim might be.

Week 02
Law of Pain

Good people manage real pain with wrong diagnoses. Burnout. Motivation. Productivity. Time management. None of them held — not from lack of discipline, but from treating the wrong thing.

Week 03
Law of Awareness

You must know yourself to grow yourself. If your self-knowledge is built on results and performance rather than identity, you're growing from the wrong root.

Week 04
Law of the Mirror

You cannot see yourself clearly from inside your own patterns. The mirror you need requires something external — and this session names exactly what that is.
