The Alignment Accelerator is Stage Four. It requires Stage Three. The Alignment Correction interrupted the Survival Identity and began installing new patterns. The Accelerator makes those patterns the default — not the effort. Drift is always a risk. This is what makes it manageable.
Who This Is For
In good conditions — calm seasons, familiar environments, manageable pressure — the new patterns hold. But in the hardest moments, in the highest-stakes situations, in the interactions that used to reliably trigger the Survival Identity — there is still slippage. Not regression. Slippage. The difference matters, but it still costs something.
What they need is not more correction. What they built in the 90-day engagement was right. What they need is an environment that reinforces it — consistently, over time, with people navigating the same territory and holding each other to the same standard.
How It Works
The work happens in weekly sessions focused on real application — not content delivery, not theory. The situations that came up in the week — the decisions made, the conversations navigated, the moments where pressure tested the new patterns — those are what the sessions are built around.
The shared experience matters. There is something that happens when a room full of people who have all made the same shift hold each other accountable to the same standard. That kind of reinforcement is more durable than individual correction alone.
Real-time application, not content delivery. Built around what actually happened in the week — the decisions, conversations, and moments where pressure tested the new patterns.
Intentionally limited. The work requires real conversation and real accountability — which only happens in groups where every person is known and every pattern is visible.
